Top Quality Bicycle Repairs and Rebuilds in Berkshire

We at Retro Ride offer many services within our range of bicycle repairs and re-builds.

One service is the safety check. Due to the British climate, many people stop riding their bicycles in October and start again in March when the evenings get lighter and the weather gets warmer. If a bicycle has been lying idle for that period of time, it will need a safety check. Our service starts at £25.00. For this you will get a complete nut and bolt check of the bike plus adjustment of brakes, wheels, gears, headset and bottom bracket set, plus lubrication of the chain. For an extra £10.00 we will aslo clean and polish the bicycle. Any new parts that are required will be at an extra competitive cost and will include fitting charges pick-up and re-delivery charge in the Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Ascot and Wentworth areas.

• New inner brake cable (inc. adjustment) from £7.00
• New inner gear cable (inc. adjustment) from £7.00
• Complete gear front and rear service, inc. inner cables, from £20.00

If you live in Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale or Wentworth, these prices include a pick up and delivery service to spare you all the hassle. (Beyond these areas there may be a small charge.)

Note that we also offer a bike disposal service. Sometimes what might appear to be rubbish to some, really deserves to be renovated. We will gladly take unwanted bikes, either for renovation or to dispose of them in the most environmentally responsible manner. For this we offer a free pick-up service.
